いつもはKim Mã周辺に宿を取るのですが、今回は撮影会の為にオペラハウス早朝集合であった為、旧市街方面で取ることにしました。
I book hotel around Kim Mã usually, but I found a hotel around old quarter because I have to go to opera house in early morning for trip of photo club.

ホアンキエム湖北側から徒歩1分の好立地です。
にも関わらず今回格安で泊まることができました。
The hotel is located in north of Hoang Kiem lake, it takes about 1 minute by walking.
And it is very cheap for staying.

立地と価格が最大のポイントです。
日本人が期待するキレイさはないですが、清掃状態は悪くなくトイレ、洗面台、ベッドなど、使用に問題ない状態でした。
口コミを見ると、アリが出るとの評価もありましたが、季節的なものなのか、フロアの問題なのか、9月の5Fではそうしたことはありませんでした。
The best points are the location and the price.
The hotel doesn’t have cleanliness that more Japanese expect, but the cleaned condition is not so bad.
The toilet, washroom, bed are no problem.
Some users write on web “there were some ants”.
However there are no insects for this time.

一番困ったのはシャワーです。
トイレとシャワー室が一緒になっていることはベトナムでは良くあるのですが、まさにその作りで、トイレ周りが水浸しになります。
結局部屋のは使わずにホテル外でシャワーを使えるところを探しました^^;
I’m worried the shower.
If I use the shower, around the toilet become waterlogged.
So, I found a facility which I can take shower in other place.

で、窓もないのにシティビューって何ですかね？w
By the way, what is “city views” despite of no windows?
