半年と少しハノイに住んで、友人におススメしたい食べ物は何か、それはブンチャーである。
だが、ほとんどの日本人が知っているのはフォーとか春巻きであり、ブンチャーなど知らないのである。
なので、遊びに来た友人に紹介すべく美味しいブンチャーを探しており、まずは一軒教えてもらった店を開拓に行ってきた。

Hoàn Kiếm(ホアンキエム)湖の北側、Đồng Xuân(ドンスアン)市場を越えて、更に400mほど北上したところにある。

他の店に比べて酸味が抑えられている。
正直見た目はよろしくないが、味は美味しい。
好みの問題になるが、自分は別な店の味が好みなので、ひとまず2番目ということで。

この店のポイントとして、すぐ近くに美味しいデザートが食べられる店があるということで合わせて行ってきた。
通りの向い、すぐ近所と言うことで、最初に見つけた店に入ったが、食べてから違うと気付いたｗ
仕方がないのでもう一軒ｗ
今日いっぱい歩いたからいいや(^^;

キャラメルプリンが美味しいとのことで、Caramen Cốt Dừaを注文。
食後に食べるには手ごろな大きさで美味しい。
日本人は値段が書いていないと不安になるが、10000VNDであった。安い。

他に2店舗あるようなので、場所をチェックしておこう。

The food that I would like to recommend, it is Bún Chả.
But most Japanese know only Phở and spring roll, don’t know Bún Chả.
I would like to find some good Bún Chả restaurants to introduce to my friends.
So, I went to a Bún Chả restaurant that I got information.

The restaurant is in moving to north on 400m from Đồng Xuân market in north side of Hoàn Kiếm lake.

The Bún Chả is not so sour than other restaurants.
It is not good view, but the taste is good.
I prefer other restaurant, however it is by each person.
So, this restaurant is the second for me.

As the good point of this restaurant, there is a good dessert restaurant in near.

I ordered a Caramen Cốt Dừa because I heard it is good.
It is good size for after meal, and good taste.
Most Japanese feel anxiety when the price can not be found.
But it is so cheap, only 10000VND.

This restaurant seems to be two other.
I would check it.
